Teddy Bear Exchange Project

Last year, we worked on a project with our link school in Spain called ‘Teddy Bear Exchange’.

We sent our very own ‘Mr Stripe’ on a holiday to Spain.  Whilst he was there, he had lots of fun with our Spanish friends.

In one of the photos, Stella and Jack are showing Mr Stripe's holiday journal. It's filled with pictures of all the different things he did which have been written up by the Spanish children he stayed with.

We looked after Pelayin, the Spanish bear. He found out all about our daily lives at St Mary's and even managed to get himself a place on the residential at Kingswood!

Both bears travelled safely back to their homes with lots of interesting stories to tell.
