Y2 Geography

Our Y1 Work

As part of our Geography topic we have been comparing our local area to the coastal area of Skegness.
To begin the topic we did lots of activities exploring where we live and go to school. We looked at a range of maps and took a walk around Hyson Green to see the facilities it offered.

Hyson Green has lots of shops.’ – Jessica

‘There was lots of litter on the floor.’ – Samuel

‘We’re lucky because there are lots of trams and tram stops.’ – Caleb
