Chaplaincy
Hi I’m Issie McElhone, the Chaplain here at St Mary’s.
I work across the Our Lady of Lourdes Trust, but my main schools are based in the Catherine McAuley Hub.
I work with all children at St Mary’s through retreat days and whole school liturgies, where we have the opportunity to understand more about our faith and deepen our spirituality. I also support the Year 5 and 6 Chaplaincy Team, helping them to lead the other pupils, and set an example as missionary disciples. I love working here; the children have a real sense of Catholic Life and a love for music and singing, which brings me great joy.
