The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is the admission authority for all the schools within the Trust and is responsible for determining the admissions policy. On behalf of the Trust, the admissions are coordinated by the relevant Local Authority. All decisions relating to admission applications will be taken by the school’s Local Governing Body.
Applying for a school place
All applications are coordinated through Nottingham City Council. Please ring the Nottingham City Council admissions team on 0115 8415568 or visit their website to find out more about the admissions process.
Please ensure that you follow BOTH steps below, this will avoid any delay in your application for a place at our school:
If you are applying for a place and your child is a baptised Catholic, you MUST download and complete this supplementary form (they are also available from the school office).
You must also provide a copy of your child’s baptism certificate and return these documents to the school office before the closing date. Without this additional information, we cannot class your child as a Catholic.
